  • Most Kaalzua products are:
    • Made-to-order
    • Custom-manufactured
    • Handcrafted or produced in limited batches
  • Product images, renders, or visuals are representational.
    • Minor variations in colour, texture, grain, and finish are natural and acceptable.

 

4. Pricing & Payments

  • All prices listed are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless stated otherwise.
  • Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
  • Payments must be made through:
    • Official Kaalzua payment gateways
    • Bank transfers
    • UPI or other authorised channels
  • All payments made are non-refundable, as detailed in our Return & Refund Policy.

 

5. Order Confirmation & Processing

  • An order is considered confirmed only after:
    • Receipt of advance or full payment
    • Written or system-generated confirmation from Kaalzua
  • Once confirmed:
    • Orders cannot be cancelled or reversed
    • Product specifications cannot be altered, unless approved by Kaalzua in writing

 

6. No Cancellation, No Return, No Refund

  • Kaalzua follows a strict no-cancellation, no-return, no-refund policy.
  • Payments are:
    • Not adjustable
    • Not transferable to other services or products
  • Only repair or replacement, where applicable, will be provided as per policy.

 

7. Delivery & Installation

  • Delivery timelines provided are approximate and may vary due to:
    • Production schedules
    • Logistics constraints
    • External or force majeure events
  • Delays do not entitle the customer to cancellation or refund.
  • Installation (if applicable):
    • Will be handled as per agreed scope
    • Third-party installation errors are not Kaalzua’s responsibility

 

8. Inspection & Reporting Issues

  • Customers must inspect products at the time of delivery.
  • Any manufacturing defect or damage must be reported within 48 hours with:
    • Clear photographs
    • Videos
  • Issues reported beyond this window may not be accepted.

 

9. Warranty & After-Sales Service

  • Warranty coverage is limited to manufacturing defects only.
  • Warranty does not cover:
    • Normal wear and tear
    • Environmental damage (moisture, heat, termites)
    • Mishandling or misuse
  • Post-warranty repairs will be chargeable.

 

10. Intellectual Property

  • All content on kaalzua.com, including:
    • Designs
    • Product concepts
    • Images
    • Text
    • Logos
    • Graphics
      are the exclusive intellectual property of Kaalzua.
  • Any unauthorised use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.
