1. Shipping Coverage
a) Delhi NCR

Free delivery is provided for all orders shipped within Delhi NCR.
- Delivery timelines within Delhi NCR are typically 2–3 working days from order confirmation, unless otherwise specified.
b) Pan-India Shipping
- Kaalzua delivers products across India to serviceable PIN codes.

Additional shipping charges apply for deliveries outside Delhi NCR.
- Shipping charges:
- Are calculated based on product size, weight, and destination
- Will be communicated clearly at the time of order confirmation
2. International Shipping (Select Products)
- Select products, such as ASAN, are readily available and eligible for international shipping.
- International shipping details including:
- Delivery timelines
- Shipping costs
- Customs duties and taxes
will vary by destination and will be communicated prior to order confirmation.
- Any applicable customs duties or import taxes shall be borne by the customer.
3. Delivery Timelines

Approximately 10–15 working days after order confirmation
Delivery timelines are indicative and may vary due to logistics constraints, courier partner availability, regional accessibility, or unforeseen circumstances.
4. Delivery Partners & Order Tracking
- Kaalzua works with reputed third-party logistics partners including (but not limited to):
- Delhivery
- FedEx
- Gati
- Other authorised regional courier partners
- Delivery partners are assigned based on serviceability of specific PIN codes.
- Once dispatched:
- Tracking details will be shared with the customer
- Online assistance will be provided until the order reaches the final delivery address
5. Packaging & Handling
- All Kaalzua products are packed with utmost care, using:
- Protective inner packaging
- Reinforced outer cartons
- Cushioning suitable for long-distance transportation
- Minor wear or scuffing on outer packaging during transit does not indicate product damage.
6. Transit Damage & Insurance
- All shipments are insured by the respective delivery partner.
- If a product is received in a damaged condition, the customer must:
- Inform Kaalzua within 48 hours of delivery
- Share clear photographs and videos of:
- External packaging
- Internal packaging
- The damaged product
- Upon verification and approval:
- The product will be eligible for a free replacement
- Replacement will be shipped at no additional cost, regardless of delivery location within India
7. Flat-Pack Furniture & Assembly
- All Kaalzua furniture products are delivered in flat-pack format.
- Products are designed for:
- DIY (Do-It-Yourself) assembly
- Ease of transport and handling
- Assembly instructions and online assistance are provided where required.
8. Installation Services (Optional)
- Installation services are not included in the product price.
- If installation is required:
- It will be charged separately
- Charges depend on location, product type, and scope of work
- Customers may also choose to:
- Self-assemble the product, or
- Engage third-party carpenters or technicians at their own discretion
9. Delivery Conditions
- Delivery will be made to the address provided at the time of order placement.
- Customers must ensure:
- Accurate and complete address details
- Availability to receive the shipment
- Failed delivery attempts, address changes, or re-dispatches may attract additional charges.
10. Delays & Force Majeure
- Kaalzua shall not be liable for delays caused due to:
- Courier partner issues
- Natural calamities
- Government regulations
- Strikes, lockdowns, or transport disruptions
- Remote or non-serviceable locations
Such delays do not entitle the customer to cancellation or refund.
